Dawn Kubik is an employment attorney and founder of Kubik Workplace and Investigative Services and Dawn R. Kubik, P.C.
Since beginning her law career in 1997, Ms. Kubik has enjoyed a varied practice representing both plaintiffs and defendants in employment, personal injury, contract and insurance disputes. Over her career, Ms. Kubik has built a reputation as a well-prepared, communicative and strategic advocate for her diverse clientele.
In addition to her experience advising clients and representing them in the courtroom, Ms. Kubik has also been an adjunct professor teaching business and business law classes at multiple universities. Her varied experience has provided Ms. Kubik a unique opportunity to fully understand the complexities that face employers from a legal, as well as practical standpoint.
Ms. Kubik advocates for a proactive or preventative approach to legal issues. With this objective in mind, she has started Kubik Workplace and Investigative Services to help employers and business avoid or promptly address conflicts before they become costly organizational crises.

Ms. Kubik graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 1993 with a B.S. in Business Administration and Political Science. She then studied law at Creighton, receiving her J.D. in 1997.
Ms. Kubik is currently a member of the Nebraska Bar Association, El Paso County Bar Association (Colorado), Colorado Bar Association and Association of Workplace Investigators.
