Investigators at Kubik Workplace and Investigative Services are trained and experienced employment law attorneys who understand and appreciate the legal requirements and intricacies a thorough independent investigation involves and requires.

Once retained, we will coordinate the investigation to provide a prompt and thorough investigation that is impartial and fact based. We do not rely on speculation and innuendo. Rather, we will provide you with an objective investigation where are our findings are grounded in facts, evidence and fully evaluated assessments of credibility. Through a thorough and impartial investigation we will provide you a report, either written or verbal, that you can consult and rely upon. A report that you can use as a tool to understand, address and correct the workplace conflict.
We also provide guidance and support to in-house workplace investigators as it relates to legal requirements, best practice or assisting in response to the challenges an internal investigation may pose.
Kubik Workplace and Investigative Services is available to provide investigative services at either a flat rate or hourly fee.
